By accessing or using the tools provided on FileLume (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

## 2. Description of Service

FileLume provides online utility tools for processing, converting, and manipulating various digital file formats, including but not limited to PDFs and images. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

## 3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all files and data that you process using FileLume. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process the files.

You agree not to use FileLume for any of the following prohibited activities:

- Processing or distributing material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or threatening.

- Violating the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., processing copyrighted material without authorization).

- Attempting to bypass our security measures, reverse-engineer our software, or disrupt the website's operation.

- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or abuse our tools.

## 4. Billing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for paid orders. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal linked from the Account page. Cancellation must not be hidden or made artificially difficult.

## 5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FileLume is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Service. Keep an original backup and review generated files before relying on them.

## 6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the property of FileLume and its licensors.
